VMware - Backup and Recovery
Virtual machines (VMs) and the applications running inside them need to be recoverable in the event of failure or corruption. There are many options for accomplishing this task. Some are basically the same as with physical servers, while others take advantage of the virtualization layer to do backup and restore.
