Broad based information systems experience; customer service; training; implementations; help desk; deployments. Served in the USAF; Bilingual, Spanish – English. I’ve been with Dell since April of 2006; Began in Basic server, moved to (HCLV-M) High Complexity Low Volume Microsoft and Remote Installations (RI) teams and currently on the PVNAS team. Owned my own business for thirteen years in which we provided IT services and Continuing Education Courses. Raised in Panama Central America; enjoy the outdoors; moved to OKC from Wichita Falls, Texas for my position with Dell. I’ve joined the community to provide our customers with quick and easy access to the information they require.
