The fan on my laptop keeps touching something plastic? and i can hear it spinning. What could be wrong ? Where could i take it to have it looked at? It was purchased at the end of October 2009.

Hi There,
I have had so many problems the computer stopped working after like 10 days i contacted dell which sent a tech to my home they replaced the hard drive and that still did not resolve my issues. I finally got them to replace my computer on dec. 17,2009 they said i would recieve it in 15 days it is now january 26,2010 and still nothing so I called in today cancelled my order and requested my money back a full refund. They said that's not a option as it's more then 21 days. I said they need to accept that as my 1st claim was before 21 days. All i am asking is to have a full refund or a computer here within 24-48 hours i do believe i have waited long enough. Please help me this matter. SIncerly,Sarah smjpeper@live.com
